Easy Care and Maintenance for Cast Iron tubs

Cleaning

1. A mild, non-abrasive cleanser is recommended to keep your tub in top form.
2. Opt for soft cloths, microfiber towels, or sponges instead of steel wool or abrasive scrubbers.
3.  Rinse thoroughly and use a soft cloth to wipe the product dry after each use.
4.  Rubbing lemon oil into the tub can help prevent soap scum buildup.

Protection 

1. Do not use steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive sponge pads. Use only nonscratch cleaning pads.
2.  Be careful not to leave dirty dishes, coffee grounds, tea bags, or other staining material in contact with the glazed surface for extended periods of time.
3.  Ensure the drain is clear to prevent standing water and soap scum buildup.
