How to Order a Custom Bathtub with Elitebathtub
FROM DESIGN TO DELIVERY - YOUR CUSTOM TUB JOURNEY
1. Sign up
Sign up for an account on our website. Any questions, please click here to see through the buying guide, or contact us at info@elitebathtub.com.
2. Choose your tub
Come to the product page of custom bathtub you prefer to purchase. Please select the color, size, material and shipping etc. options if necessary.
3. Add to cart & Chekout
Add the item to your cart, fill in your contact shipping information, and proceed to checkout. (If you choose the custom option, we will provide you the final quote and send the custom link to you.)
4. Drawing confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a CAD drawing for confirmation within 24 hours.
5. Production
Upon approval of the drawing, our workshop artisans will then proceed with handcrafting production.
6. Finished Product approval
After the production completed, you'll receive photos of the finished product for your approval.
7. Packing & Shipping
After you confirm the photos, we'll pack your tub into the reinforced wooden crate and ship it to your address.
8. Delivery
You'll receive a notification with the tracking number and estimated delivery time once the item is dispatched.
