How to Order a Custom Bathtub with Elitebathtub
1. Sign up for an account on our website.

2. Come to the product page of custom bathtub you prefer to purchase, Please select the color, size, material and shipping etc. options if necessary.Any questions, please click here to see through the buying guide.

3. Add the item to your cart, fill in your contact & shipping information,  and proceed to checkout. (If you choose the custom option, we will provide you the final quote and send the custom link to you.)
4. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a drawing for confirmation within 24 hours.
5. Upon approval of the drawing, our workshop will then proceed with production.
6. After the production completed, you'll receive photos of the finished product for your approval.
7. After you confirm the photos, we'll pack your item and ship it to your address.
8. You'll receive a notification with the tracking number and estimated delivery time once the item is dispatched.
