How to Order Your Custom Bathtub
Every EliteBathtub bathtub is made to order. From selecting the right size and finish to reviewing your CAD drawing and completed bathtub, our team will guide you through every step of the customization process.
1. Choose Your Bathtub
Select your preferred bathtub design, material, finish, and size. Most of our designs can be fully customized to fit your space and style.
Have your own design? Simply send us an inspiration photo or bathroom layout, and we'll help bring your vision to life.
2. Provide Your Measurements
Please provide:
- Desired bathtub Length × Width × Height
- Available bathtub area
- Distance from the center of the drain pipe to the front, back, left, and right walls
- Any special customization requirements
Not sure about the measurements? Send us your bathroom layout or photos, and we'll be happy to assist.
3. Review & Approve Your CAD Drawing
After receiving your order details and measurements, our designer will prepare a customized CAD drawing within 24–48 hours.
Carefully review the dimensions, drain location, overflow, and other details with your contractor or plumber.
Production begins only after you approve the final CAD drawing.
4. Handcrafted Production
Once the CAD drawing is approved, our experienced artisans will begin handcrafting your bathtub according to the confirmed design, dimensions, material, and finish.
Typical turnaround time is approximately 8–12 weeks from CAD approval, depending on the design and customization.
5. Final Photos & Approval
Once your bathtub is completed and passes our quality inspection, we'll send you real-life photos from multiple angles for final review.
Nothing will ship without your approval.
6. Shipping & Delivery
After your approval, we'll carefully pack and ship your bathtub and provide tracking information once available.
Standard freight service is typically curbside delivery, so please prepare appropriate unloading assistance or equipment in advance.
After delivery, we recommend opening and inspecting your bathtub within 3–5 business days. If you notice any concerns, contact us promptly with photos and we'll assist you.
