Every EliteBathtub bathtub is made to order. From selecting the right size and finish to reviewing your CAD drawing and completed bathtub, our team will guide you through every step of the customization process.

Select your preferred bathtub design, material, finish, and size. Most of our designs can be fully customized to fit your space and style.
Have your own design? Simply send us an inspiration photo or bathroom layout, and we'll help bring your vision to life.

3. Review & Approve Your CAD Drawing
After receiving your order details and measurements, our designer will prepare a customized CAD drawing within 24–48 hours.
Carefully review the dimensions, drain location, overflow, and other details with your contractor or plumber.
Production begins only after you approve the final CAD drawing.
4. Handcrafted Production
Once the CAD drawing is approved, our experienced artisans will begin handcrafting your bathtub according to the confirmed design, dimensions, material, and finish.
Typical turnaround time is approximately 8–12 weeks from CAD approval, depending on the design and customization.
5. Final Photos & Approval
Once your bathtub is completed and passes our quality inspection, we'll send you real-life photos from multiple angles for final review.
Nothing will ship without your approval.
6. Shipping & Delivery
After your approval, we'll carefully pack and ship your bathtub and provide tracking information once available.
Standard freight service is typically curbside delivery, so please ensure you have 3-5 able-bodied persons and a forklift ready for a safe and efficient unloading process. Additional unloading services are available upon request for an extra cost.
After delivery, we recommend opening and inspecting your bathtub within 3–5 business days. If you notice any concerns, contact us promptly with photos and we'll assist you.

1.What to consider when buying a bathtub?
The bath material you choose will directly influence other factors, such as weight and price. No two materials are the same, and each material provides a unique bathing experience. Some popular bath materials include marble,copper,stainless steel,brass.
2.What are the 4 types of baths?
Four basic types of baths are: marble bathtub,copper bathtub,stainless steel bathtub, crystal bathtub.These types are customized.
3. Can I make changes after my order has been placed?
Yes, you can make changes during drawing checking stage and after the design drawing is approve, basically, we don't accept change as your bathtub are custom to order and will generare extra cost. In this regards, we'll check with our workshop and you can make adjustment if the product has not been processed for production. Price difference will be charged if you want to to change it to a larger size.
4.What does a bath overflow look like?
The overflow is a hole placed higher up along the wall of the tub and plumbed to the tub waste pipes. It is designed to gradually lower the water level, without opening the tub waste drain, to give displaced water an escape channel before it can reach the tub's edge.
5. Can you install a bathtub by yourself?
Upgrading your bathtub can drastically improve your bathroom's appearance and your family's comfort. If you want to install a bathtub by yourselves, it depends on the type of bathtub, your skill level, and the setup of your bathroom. Typically, we'll recommend hiring a profession for help. But you can remove and install bathtub models, as it's an approachable task for the freestanding tubs. If you study professionally, carefully prepare and work with a helper, you can complete this DIY project.

7.How do I pay for my order?
We accept most credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover etc. If the credit card payment fails after passing a verification, you can try to pay with Apple Pay or PayPal, which also accept credit cards.
8.Will I receive a confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, when you completes an order, an email will be sent to you a custom drawing to confirm all the order details, including the size, price, address, etc.
9.How long will my order take to arrive?
We will start processing your order within one business days after receiving your order. In some cases, such as weekends or holidays, order processing may take longer. The total turnaround time including the production and shipping is about 8-12 weeks.

To ensure your custom bathtub fits perfectly, please provide the following measurements before placing your order. Our designer will use this information to prepare a customized CAD drawing for your approval.
Step 1. Measure Your Bathtub Area
Please confirm the maximum available space for your bathtub, including:
- Overall Length
- Overall Width
- Overall Height (if applicable)
We recommend leaving 6–12 inches of clearance around the bathtub whenever possible for comfortable installation, cleaning, and maintenance.
Step 2. Measure Your Drain Location
Please measure the distance from the center of the drain opening to each surrounding wall.
Refer to the diagram and provide the following dimensions:

Maintenance Information for Copper Bathtubs:
The copper used for our copper bathtubs is pure Virgin Copper and has been treated with a clear varnish sealant, which provides extra protection to the patina and to the copper surface. Yet it is important to remember that even the strongest lacquer cannot take the place of responsible care and maintenance. Kindly note the maintenance information below to properly care for your copper bathtubs.
CLEANING
• For regular, simple cleaning, use mild NON-ACIDIC liquid detergent or soap and water and a very soft non-abrasive cotton cloth; other cleaners are not necessary. We recommend a PH-balanced liquid dish soap such as Ivory, avoiding harsh detergents such as Dawn/Palmolive, etc.
• For occasional deeper disinfecting, a non-abrasive, non-corrosive cleaner may be used, such as diluted Simple Green.
• Keep your tub clean and dry by wiping it down and removing all excess
water each time it is used with a soft cloth. After cleaning, be sure to dry the copper tub thoroughly to prevent water spots and streaks from forming on the surface.
MAINTENANCE
• The copper tubs need to be waxed approximately every 3-6 months depending on the frequency of use. Beeswax or Honey Wax products such as Flitz Fixture and Faucet Wax (available online at Flitz.com), are recommended. Apply wax lotion with a soft, clean cloth and buff with a clean, soft, non-abrasive cloth, referring to wax manufacturer's instructions.
• Note: Wax may be applied OVER clean, dry Lacquer finishes regularly to give tubs a rich look and to protect and extend the life of the lacquer sealant indefinitely.
• SCRATCHES: A surface scratch that penetrates the lacquer can cause the underlying copper to patina. A light application of KRYLON Clear Sealer can be used over a cleaned, dry tub to re-seal the scratched surface. Please refer to our Terms or Conditions for further warranty information regarding finishes.
DO NOT
• Do not use copper polish/cleaners, abrasive materials, acidic or abrasive cleaners (such as Comet/Soft Scrub) or harsh chemicals such as acetone – these will compromise the integrity of the Lacquer Finish and can ruin the surface of the copper bathtubs.
• Do not leave Acidic foods sitting on the surface of the tub for extended periods.
NOTE
• As copper is a natural metal, its patina will naturally change slightly with use, over time, and the copper bathtubs will develop a warmer, richer patina. The tubs will not turn green as the lacquer is protective.
• As all copper bathtubs are individually handcrafted and made-to-order, minor variations in patinas, textures, and dimensions of your copper bathtubs should be anticipated.

After the bathtub is completed, it takes about 30 to 45 days for regular free shipment. So the total turnaround time including the production and shipping is about 50-80 days.
If your order takes longer to process, we will notify you in a timely manner and let you know the estimated processing time.
