We will start processing your order within one business days after receiving your order.
In some cases, such as weekends or holidays, order processing may take longer. Gennerally, the productions time for a custom bathtub is about 20 to 35 days after you approve the design. After the bathtub is completed, it takes about 30 to 45 days for regular free shipment. So the total turnaround time including the production and shipping is about 50-80 days.
If your order takes longer to process, we will notify you in a timely manner and let you know the estimated processing time.
